Shipping & Delivery


We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date of your order but to avoid disappointment, please allow 8 working days.

With the economy tracked delivery only £4.89 for all goods bought in one transaction. The standard delivery charge applies for all addresses on the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands).

Returns & Replacements


You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery.

If your product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team who will notify you of our returns procedure. You have up to 14 days from delivery to report if your items are faulty or damaged.

  1. Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
  2. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
  3. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
  4. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.

You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.


Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

  1. Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition:
    You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
  2. Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition:
    We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you..


Sewing Service


Didn't find a bedding size for your bed? Need non standard size? Maybe we can help you.

If you see this icon Tailor on the bedding description that means we can sew this pattern for you with different size.

How it works:

  1. Contact us with your desired bedding measurement.
  2. We will calculate the price and reply within 24 hour (usually less).
  3. If you are happy about a price let us know and we will send you an invoice including delivery charge to pay.
  4. After payment we will sew it for you and will send it.

 Estimate time no longer then 5-8 days including delivery time.

Note: We cannot accept returns for non standard bedding.
